SOME SCRIPTURES ON THE "POWER" OF THE PREACHER
"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ:
"And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men,
"Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed,
AND WHEN WE REALIZE THAT THE POWER IS FROM GOD, AND NOT US
"I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door,
for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth;
to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith:
as it is written, The just shall live by faith." - Romans 1:16-18
